amazing staff... had a request to use their reception microwave oven to warm up kid's food but after arrival they left that oven in my room to use it anytime !! That was really overwhelming and unexpected...made a huge difference to our stay.every other time they were always there to provide best services... and price is really good too.. highly recommending...
Very expensive for what it was. Tired and run down.Housekeeping for a 5 night stay, the bed was made 3 times, the room was not vacuumed once, nor was the bathroom or toilet cleaned. The exaust fan in the shower area was not working and as a result the shower was full of mould (there was a mould smell in the room also)The carpet and bed had seen better days and whilst I like to snuggle up to my wife I had no choice as we were forced together by the poor mattress.The restaurant was only open friday and saturday night and appeared pricey given the other alternative restaurants nearby.The staff were very friendly and the location was good. I would not stay here again.
Stayed in this quiet town on our travels from Melbourne to Adelaide. Arrived after dark to a nearly closed-up town. Found this comfortable motel just off the main strip. The owners greet us happily. The room was on the second story with stair access. Plenty of parking. The large beds and bathroom suited our needs (three of us) very well. We ate dinner in the motel restaurant. The food was excellent and the price good for the quality. We ended up eating later than the closing time, but the owner was happy to allow us to stay and even joined us in conversation. A very interesting town and worth a visit, as the surrounding area in rich in natural wildlife and sea views.
Large room (handicap)..but not very nice room..very dull ..not much light..awkward bathroom nowhere to put toiletries.....water flooded the floor due to a shower curtain..Not much in the crockery and utensils..1 knife..just saying...and no microwave .(.I just don't understand that.)..you can hardly open fridge door surely that was noticed and should be fixed!the room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful ..and the motel is in a good position..but to expensive for what it is..
